2) What kind of product(s) have been produced in the course of the past school year?
Which of these are "joint" project results and which have been produced separately by the participating institutions? How have these products been disseminated and to whom, both within and outside the partnership? How were they received?
- websites concerning further work on the project (Polish, Czech and Romanian sites); the information was updated systematically.
- A brochure including documentation of our activities in the project. Articles and photos. (Romanian and Polish one).
- An audiovisual material in a form of a CD, including the recording of current artistic performances (Czech and Polish one).
- An "International School Show" Project Songbook and brochure about Painted Monasteries in Bukovina(Czech).
3) How effective was the collaboration between the participating institutions?
How was the distribution of tasks agreed and progress monitored? How was the communication organised? What communication language(s) has/have been used? Were there any major obstacles to a satisfactory cooperation? How have these obstacles been overcome, if at all? How important were the staff mobility activities? How important were the pupil mobility activities?
The tasks were distributed suitably for the profiles of the schools. Romanian partner is responsible for dance elements in the Show, Polish partner is responsible for theatrical elements and Czech partner is responsible for musical ones. The coordinating institution distributed the tasks, which were discussed and analysed during the meetings. Although we used English as our project language, French was spoken too. The communication continued through email correspondence, phone calls and skype. We didn’t have major problems with the cooperation, because we used multimedia and Internet sources as well. Only the partner from Romania hasn’t activated the website yet, but it is under construction right now .Despite the fact, Romanian partner worked out a current brochure devoted to the Project.
The staff mobility activities helped us a lot to develop our Project plans and familiarize with the cultural background, local artistic movement of our partners’ area. We could discuss and analyse our work on the project face to face, showing the collected multimedia material or just play it in front of the partners. Our pupils could perform in front of their international peers and take part in the local artistic movement. They were influenced by the foreign culture .and they could practice friendship without borders.
4) Has the partnership undertaken any joint evaluation of project activities and progress made?
If so, what are the main conclusions and consequences of this evaluation? Does the partnership wish to continue its cooperation, within a Comenius project or otherwise?
Evaluation of the project will continue through:
- discussions during students’ meetings
- discussing and exchanging ideas among techers during the gatherings and meetings
- meetings of the parents engaged in a cultural life of school
- making reports and diagnosis of the meetings
- carring out the questionnings and surveys among the students community and the local environment (for example in the local government)
- presenting up-to-date achievement to the public
- exchanging experiences among our partners
